Makeup Studio Pro, is a website especially designed for professional makeup artists. You can register on the website by simply using your email address.
What documents do I need to register?
In order to register, you will need to provide proof of your certification as a MUA which will be verified by the team within 24-48 working hours. Once your account is verified, you can begin shopping.

Order Processing
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, the shipping address and expected delivery time. In addition, you will receive an email and sms confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.
Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.
How do I check the current status of my order?
You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “Orders” section.
How do I pay for a purchase?
We offer you multiple ways for secure payment. These include:
- Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card)
- Net banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD is only available up to an order of Rs 2000)
- UPI & Paytm
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, but the shipping time may vary depending on your location. Typically you will receive your order between 7-10 working days.
How can I avail for free shipment?
If your order value is above rupees 2000, you don’t have to pay any shipping charges.

How can I save my address on Make-up Studio Pro Account?
When you register with us, you can enter details of your address onto your Profile Details page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order.
What if I have forgotten my account password?
When signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up area. You will be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset password.
Returns & Refunds
What should I do in case of a failed delivery?
In case of a Failed Delivery, please follow the below steps to provide any missing details or raise specific concern with courier partner: Write to us [email protected]
What are the conditions for Returns?
We do not accept return if the product is damaged other than in transit.
We do not accept return if product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
We do not accept returns if the product is used or altered.
We do not accept return if the return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery.
Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?
If the full order is canceled within 24 hrs then the shipping charges will get refunded.
Can I cancel a part of an order?
It is possible to cancel a part of an order only if you make cancellation within 24 hours. Of order placement. If part of an order is canceled then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 24 hours of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Can I build my own makeup palette?
Makeup Studio Pro allows you to build your own palette for both blushers and eyeshadows in 3 variations. We offer palettes with 2, 5 or 10 shades.
How to choose the right Airbrush Machine for me?
Makeup Studio Pro has 3 variants of an airbrush machine, formulated for different uses. The:
-Airbrush Package – 1 (Mini Air Compressor + Airbrush Pro) is perfect for on-location and salon use.
-Airbrush Package – 2 (Air Compressor Auto Stop + Airbrush Pro) can be attached with upto 4 Airbrushes and is ideal for in salon use.
-Airbrush Package – 3 (Airbrush Compressor Beetle + Airbrush Ultra) is a very compact and lightweight package that packs a powerful punch for its size and is ideal for an airbrush enthusiast.
